Clean Marina

We are proud to be a Certified Clean Marina for the State of Maryland.

Powerboat Slips to 40':

In addition to fifteen pier slips for boats up to 27', Sunset Harbor has twenty-one bulkhead slips available which can accommodate powerboats from 28' to 40'. Over the past few years, most of our bulkhead has been replaced and new finger piers constructed. In 2008, we have completed the replacement of all bulkhead slip mooring pilings, improving our accommodations for today's larger boats.

Water Taxi:

For the convenience of our customers, shuttle service is available throughout the season to local waterfront restaurants, area attractions, yacht clubs and other marinas. The service is provided by Middle River Water Taxi LLC. They offer transportation to Hart-Miller Island for camping. They sponsor Wine-Tastings during the summer and are available for private cruises. For pick-up or info, call 410-375-1131 to speak directly with the Captain.

Marine Store and Snack Shop:

In an effort to keep boating as affordable as possible, our bricks and mortar marine store offers discount pricing comparable to those found in the major discount marine supply stores. However, we also offer professional assistance and advice with your marine product purchases. As many of our customers have come to appreciate, this can be the difference between customer satisfaction and frustration. Our policy is that we will not carry a product in stock unless we are confident that we can vouch for its performance and our customer’s satisfaction.

For your convenience, we carry ice, sodas, and a complete selection of mouth-watering "Frito-Lay" snacks.

Although not as large as many of the marine discount chain stores, we have access to thousands of brand-name parts and accessories from a variety of wholesalers. We can get virtually anything you need in just 1-3 days. Come see for yourself what our customers have come to expect in a marine store.

Boat/U.S. Cooperating Marina:

Boat Titling and Registration Service:

For your convenience, we offer on-site boat title transfer and registration services, even on weekends. This service is available for the transfer of Maryland registered used boats as well as new or used boats being registered in Maryland for the first time. A temporary registration certificate is issued while you wait, eliminating the trip to the Maryland DNR offices and allowing you to begin enjoying your boat right away. Please call ahead to be sure you have all required documentation.

Marine Pump-out:

Our high-efficiency, state-of-the-art, peristaltic system provides quick, quiet and reliable holding tank and porta-potti pump-outs. This mobile system offers the added convenience to bulkhead slipholders of pump-outs without moving their boat.
